Mental Health:

Charter schools are required to provide a continuum of supports ensuring that students with disabilities, as designated by their Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), receive the mental health services necessary to benefit from a special education program.The professional learning opportunities within this package review the continuum of mental health services and provide instructional strategies that meet the individual needs of students.
