State and Federal Base Funding

State and federal revenues are allocated to the SELPA and distributed to member schools according to the Allocation Plan. State revenues are provided through the Principal Apportionment, while federal revenues are received through a grant award process on a reimbursement basis. Resources are available to assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting to support effective financial planning.
