Personnel Data Report

Section 618(a)(3) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires each state to submit data on special education personnel to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). This data is included in the Annual Report to Congress on the implementation of IDEA, Parts B and C.
